Excellent pick up and balance
Was amazed how quick the customer service guys responded. The website crashed and did not generate order confirmation but they sent email confirmation. It only took 4 days to get delivered to Sydney. The bat looks wonderful. Very light and balanced as I like. Looking to score tons of runs with it. Awesome job Prachi and Shivani who were prompt in their email replies.
