1. Website Ownership & Use

This website is owned and operated by M/s Khelmart Enterprises. All orders and purchases made through Khelmart.com are subject to these Online Shopping Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies published on the website.

Unauthorized or unlawful use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute an offence under applicable law.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

⏱ Orders After 3:00 PM Orders received after 3:00 PM may be processed for shipment on the following business day. Shipping time will accordingly be calculated from the processing or dispatch date.
📅 Sundays & Holidays Orders received on the day preceding a Sunday or holiday may be processed on the next business day following the Sunday or holiday.

Khelmart endeavours to provide a high standard of service. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to stock availability, courier operations, logistical challenges, weather, regulatory restrictions or circumstances beyond Khelmart's reasonable control.

Khelmart will use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver products within the estimated timelines displayed or communicated to the customer. Where goods are unavailable or a significant delay occurs, Khelmart will endeavour to inform the customer.

Estimated Delivery: Once an order has been confirmed, processed and shipped, delivery may generally take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the destination, product and courier service.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability displayed on Khelmart.com are subject to confirmation. In the event that the confirmed price of an item differs from the price displayed when the order was placed, Khelmart may contact the customer through email, telephone or another available communication method before processing the affected item.

Khelmart may correct errors or inaccuracies and update information relating to products, prices, specifications and availability when required.

4. Shipping Policy

1. Orders are delivered through third-party courier/logistics providers or other available postal services.
2. Certain deliveries may require acknowledgement or signature at the time of delivery.
3. A shipping address generally cannot be changed after an order has been dispatched.
4. Courier companies are independent third-party service providers. Their exact delivery schedules and calling procedures may vary by location.
5. Customers should provide a delivery address where an authorised person is reasonably available to receive the shipment.
6. Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where repeated delivery attempts or special handling are required.
7. An order generally cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched.
8. Delivery time varies according to location and courier service. Customers should generally allow approximately 7–10 business days where applicable.

5. International Orders

🌍 Customs Duties & Import Charges For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duties and related charges may vary depending on the destination country's regulations, declared value, product category and nature of the goods ordered.

International Shipping Restriction: Khelmart does not ship nutrition products, including health products, whey protein and mass gainers, or pharmaceutical products outside India.

6. Order Cancellation

If Khelmart receives a cancellation request before an order has been processed or dispatched, the order may be cancelled and the applicable amount refunded.

Orders that have already been processed and dispatched generally cannot be cancelled. The processing and dispatch status recorded in Khelmart's order system will be used to determine whether cancellation is still possible.

7. Product Information

Product information displayed on Khelmart.com may be based partly on information supplied by manufacturers, brands, distributors or suppliers.

Product manufacturers may occasionally modify specifications, packaging, colours, designs or other product characteristics without prior notice. Khelmart endeavours to maintain accurate and current information but cannot guarantee that every manufacturer-supplied specification will remain unchanged at all times.

Customers should review the available product specifications and suitability information before completing a purchase, particularly where a specific size, specification or playing characteristic is important.

8. Product Warranty & Manufacturer Warranty
