Here are the key technologies used in the Yonex Astrox 88D Game 3rd Gen:

ROTATIONAL GENERATOR SYSTEM + 2G-NANOMESH NEO:

Yonex recognized the challenges of weight distribution and introduced an innovative design that balances weight throughout the grip, frame, and shaft of the racket. This approach facilitates rapid, consecutive attacks, enhancing aggressive play. The addition of 2G-NANOMESH NEO graphite in the shaft allows for quick flex and snapback, boosting shot power and optimising the performance of the Rotational Generator System

Power Assist Bumper:
This feature enhances power output by directing weight into the shuttlecock through a tungsten-infused nylon bumper, boosting the force behind every shot.

Stability Weight Distribution:
Added weight on the sides of the frame improves stability during swings, maximising smash power and effectively dismantling defences during back-court attacks

AERO+BOX Frame:
The AERO+BOX frame combines faster swing speeds with a solid feel, offering players a blend of agility and stability during every shot.

ISOMETRIC Technology – Enlarged Sweet Spot:
Yonex’s ISOMETRIC TM technology, a hallmark in the badminton world for over 30 years, expands the sweet spot by 7% compared to conventional round frames, delivering greater control without compromising power. This square-shaped design optimises the intersection of the main and cross strings, creating a larger sweet spot for improved shot accuracy..

Ultra Slim Shaft:
The ultra-slim shaft, the thinnest ever designed by Yonex, cuts through the air effortlessly, generating rapid power with minimal resistance.

Energy Boost CAP PLUS:
The uniquely designed cap maximises the shaft’s performance, allowing it to flex from the front while stabilising the racket face with arched sides, preventing shaft twisting for better control.
